Technological advancements are transforming healthcare service processes. Moreover, medical care technology plays a critical role in improving the life expectancy and quality of life of the global population. In this context, determining the readiness of employees for technological systems is of great importance. This study aimed to adapt the fourdimensional Technology Readiness Index to Turkish culture. It was based on data obtained from two different sample groups (n=187, n=437). The analyses confirmed the four -factor structure of the Technology Readiness Index. The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was found to be 0.97. Additionally, the structural validity of the scale's factors was tested and found to be acceptable.
